About the Event

Emeritus Professor of Religious Studies, Dr. Lewis Lancaster, offers the "Encountering Life" lecture series for Fall 2021. Organized by the Department of Religous Studies and Religious Graduate Council, this series explores ways that Buddhist lessons, principles, and values could be useful in everyday life encounters. Using personal experience and a life-long study of Buddhism, Dr. Lancaster's talks cover a variety of topics relevant to modern problems and concerns.
